纳米晶抗EMI材料及相应滤波器研究

摘要 基于Herzer理论,对Co基薄带材料的纳米晶化及软磁性能改善进行了大量实验研究,解决了晶化中薄带变脆和内层绝缘磁耦合问题,成功地研制出用于射频域的抗EMI无源滤波器。测试结果表明其有着优良的抗噪性能。 The crystallization and improvement on soft magnetic properties of Co based nanocrystalline ribbon materials have been studied appling Herzer theory. The problems of ribbon brittleness and insulation magnetic coupling between two layers have been solved. In consequence, a new anti EMI filter working at a frequence range of 1~35MHz have been developed, and the experimental results show that the filter has a good anti EMI performance.
