平行磁场成型的磁场分布及成型参数对各向异性烧结永磁铁氧体取向度的影响

摘要 利用X射线衍射分析方法,对湿压磁场成型的永磁铁氧体生坯晶体取向度进行了研究。结果表明,采用平行磁场压制成型方法,磁场分布不均匀对晶体取向度具有不利影响,快速压制成型可以有效提高生坯中晶体取向度,文中探讨了这一实验现象的产生原因。 Degree of preferred orientation of hard Sr ferrite compacts molded with magnetic field was studied by X ray diffraction analysis. The results indicate that uneven distribution of field strength in the die hole of magnetic circuit of the current parallel magnetizing press has disadvantageous effect on preferred orientation of magnetic particles, quick compression molding can effectively enhance degree of preferred orientation of Sr ferrite compact. An investigation on this experimental phenomenon is made in this paper.
