对三聚氰胺污染奶粉事件发生的原因进行了深入分析,并提出了进一步加强我国食品安全管理体系的针对性建议,包括构建有效的食品安全监管体制、完善信息监测与快速预警机制、强化对非法添加物质的监控、提高未知物的检测鉴定能力、加强食品企业自身管理和原料供应体制建设、做好事件发生后的应对和处理等。

The reasons of baby milk powder contaminated with melamine were analyzed, and certain suggestions no the food safety control system were introduced in order to construct effective food safety management mechanisms; to improve information integrations and rapid alert systems; to enhance the inspections of illegal chemical substances in food; to strengthen the detection capabilities of unknown chemical substance ; to strengthen the managements of raw material control of food plants especially and to improve the reaction to emergency.
