超声强化Fenton法处理碱性品蓝染料废水 被引量:3

摘要 对超声强化Fenton氧化法降解碱性品蓝染料废水进行了研究。考查了溶液初始pH值、H_2O_2投加量、FeSO_4·7H_2O投加量及反应时间对CODcr去除率和脱色率的影响。实验结果表明,超声可以明显提高Fenton试剂的氧化能力。废水处理工艺条件对CODcr去除率和脱色率的影响从强到弱依次为:溶液初始pH值>H_2O_2投加量>FeSO_4·7H_2O投加量>反应时间。200 mL浓度为250 mg/L染料废水,pH为3.28,H_2O_2(30%)投加量为2 mL、FeSO_4·7H_2O投加量为150 mg/L、反应时间为50 min时,CODcr的去除率可达83%,脱色率可达99.3%。 The degradation of basic rogal blue dye wastewater by Ultrasound-Fenton oxidation method is studied. The effect of the solution initial pH,H2O2 dosage,FeSO4 · 7H2O dosage and the reaction time on the decolorization and the CODcr removal rate are investigated. The experimental results show that ultrasound can improve Fenton reagents oxidation ability obviously. The influence sequence of wastewater disposed process conditions on the treatment effect is the solution initial pH 〉 H2O2 dosage 〉 FeSO4 · 7H2O dosage 〉 the reaction time. The CODer and color removal rate by Ultrasound-Fenton reagent oxidation method can reach 83% and 99.3% separately under the followed optimal conditions 200 mL 250 mg/L dye wastewater, pH3.28, 150mg/LFeSO4 · 7 H2O dosage,2mL H2O2 ( 30% ) dosage ,50min reaction time.
