摘要
目的:总结低氧诱导因子-1(HIF-1)与细胞凋亡之间关系的研究现状,探讨HIF-1在肿瘤等疾病治疗中的应用价值。方法:应用Medline及CNKI期刊全文数据库检索系统,以"低氧诱导因子-1、凋亡和肿瘤"等为关键词,检索2000-2008年的相关文献,共检索到文献378条。纳入标准:1)HIF-1促进细胞凋亡的作用;2)HIF-1抑制细胞凋亡的作用;3)HIF-1影响细胞凋亡的分子机制。根据纳入标准,精选分析36篇文献。结果:HIF-1可以通过调控下游目的基因的表达影响细胞凋亡,在不同条件下发挥促进或抑制细胞凋亡的作用。但是HIF-1在哪种条件下促进或抑制细胞凋亡以及相关的分子机制,目前尚不清楚。结论:虽然HIF-1在细胞凋亡中的作用具有两面性,但两者关系还不太确切,需要进一步的深入研究和综合分析。
OBJECTIVE: To summarize current studies on the relationship between hypoxia-inducible factocl (HIF-1) and apoptosis and explore the value of HIF-1 in the treatment of the diseases such as cancer. METHODS: A total of 378 papers were searched with HIF-1, apoptosis and cancer as key words in Medline and CNKI database from 2000 to 2008. Thirty-six papers were selected according to the standards as follows: 1) HIF-1 promotes apoptosis; 2) HIF-1 inhibits apoptosis; 3) molecular mechanism of HIF-1 in cell apoptosis. RESULTS: By regulating the expression of target genes, HIF-1 promotes or inhibites cell apoptosis in different conditions, al though it is not clear that HIF-1 promotes or inhibits apoptosis in which condition and its molecular mechanism. CONCLUSION: Because the two sides of HIF-1 in apoptosis and related molecular mechanism has not been certain, further studies indepth and then the comprehensive analysis are necessary.
