摘要
提高冲模寿命是降低产品成本的关键环节。通过对国外冲模生产观察与失效分析以及与国外冲模用料、制模工艺及寿命对比，提出国内适用的提高冲模寿命的若干建议。
Raising die service life is a key link of decreasing product cost.Put forward several proposes of raising die service life in inside the country by observing foreigw die production,analysing failure and contrusting with foreign die material,manufacturing process and service life.
