硝酸甘油与硝普钠治疗高血压急症的疗效观察与护理

Observation on the curative effect of Nitroglycerin and Sodium Nitroprusside in the treatment of emergent cases of hypertension and nursing care

目的:探讨硝酸甘油与硝普钠治疗高血压急症的疗效和护理方法。方法:将66例高血压急症患者随机分为硝酸甘油组和硝普钠组各33例,硝酸甘油组应用硝酸甘油治疗,硝普钠组应用硝普钠治疗。比较两组用药特点、降压疗效及不良反应、护理特点等指标。结果:两组间的有效率均为l00%,但在药物的配制、使用方法、血液动力学监测、不良反应的发生及护理特点方面有显著不同。结论:硝酸甘油是一种能替代硝普钠治疗高血压急症的高效、安全、使用方便、护理简单的紧急降压药物。

Objective： To study the curative effect of Nitroglycerin and Sodium Nitroprusside in the treatment of patients with hypertension in emergent status and nursing care. Methods： 66 patients with hypertension in emergent status were randomly divided into Nitroglycerin treatment group and Sodium Nitroprusside group 133 cases for each group）. Nitroglycerin and Sodium Nitroprusside were respectively given to the patients in the two groups. The comparison of the prescription,antihypertensive efficacy, adverse reactions and specifics of nursing care was made between the two groups. Results ： The effective rates were 100% in both groups, but there were significant differences in the prescription, the methods of usage,hemodynamic monitoring,the incidence of adverse reactions and nursing characteristics as well. Conclusion： Nitroglycerin can be taken as a substitute for Sodium Nitroprusside in the treatment of emergent eases of hypertension, and it is efficient,safe and easy to be used.
