In the 5-years resettlement practice of the South-to-North Water Transfer Project, the Hebei Provincial Office of South-to-North Water Transfer Project is carrying out the development guided by the scientific outlook on development and putting the people first, making overall plans and taking all factors in consideration, which ensured the accomplishment of resettlement in time.
