2003年底南水北调中线滹沱河倒虹吸工程率先开工,河北省拉开了南水北调中线京石段应急供水工程征迁安置工作的序幕。历经五年的扎实工作,征迁安置各项任务已基本完成。五年来,河北省在京石段应急供水工程征迁安置工作过程中,率先遇到并解决了一些问题和困难,也积累了许多宝贵实践经验。通过回顾京石段应急供水工程征迁安置工作历程,总结各阶段所做主要工作、取得成效和经验做法,剖析工作中的问题与不足,提出了改进意见,旨在为今后南水北调征迁安置工作提供借鉴。

At the end of 2003, that the inverted siphon Project of Hutuohe River was started showed the launch of Hebei province on land requisition and resettlement of Beijing-Shijiazhuang Emergency Water Supply Project in the Middle Route Project of the South-North Water Trans- fer. After five-year efforts, we have achieved our target for primarily completing the resettlement. While we have encountered some difficulties in the requisition, we also have obtained a lot of experience. The essay has summed up what we have gotten, analyzed the problems and shortages and proposed some suggestions for the future work in similar projects.
