射频自凝刀治疗宫颈糜烂300例观察及护理

Observation and nursing care in the treatment of 300 patients with cervical erosion by application of radiofrequency ablation therapy

目的:探讨射频自凝刀治疗宫颈糜烂的疗效及护理方法。方法:将560例不同程度的宫颈糜烂患者随机分为射频组300例和对照组260例,射频组采用BBT妇科多功能射频治疗仪(自凝刀)治疗,对照组采用HF-120妇科高频电波刀(LEEP刀)治疗。所有病例均给予术前充分准备、心理护理,术中配合,术后康复指导及并发症观察处理。结果:轻、中、重度宫颈糜烂的治愈率,射频组分别是100.00%、95.38%、92.38%,对照组分别是98.33%、90.48%、87.37%。两组并发症发生率比较有极显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:射频自凝刀治疗宫颈糜烂具有一次性治愈率高、并发症少、安全、操作简单等优点,值得临床推广应用。

Objective： To explore the effect of radiofrequency ablation therapy and nursing methods in the treatment of cervical erosion. Methods ： 560 patients with cervical erosion in different degree were randomly divided into RF group （ n = 300 ） and control group （ n = 260）. Multi - functional BBT gynecologic therapeutic equipment was used for the treatment in RF group and HF - 120 LEEP knife was used in control group. All patients were given comprehensive nursing care, such as fully pre -operative preparation, psychological care, intraoperative nursing cooperation, postoperative rehabilitation and treatment of complications. Results： The curative rate of light, moderate and severe cervical erosion were respectively 100.00%, 95.38% and 92. 38% in RF group and were 98.33%, 90.48% and 87.37% in control group. There was significant difference in the comparison of the incidence of complications between the two groups （P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion： In the treatment of cervical erosion, radiofrequency ablation therapy has the advantages of high one - time curative rate, few complications, safety and simple operation. It is worthy of clinical application.
