京石段专项恢复工程存在问题与思考

在南水北调中线京石段应急供水工程中,除农村部分之外,占迁影响范围大、涉及面广、部门多、情况复杂的是占压的专项工程。专项工程设计及实施的好坏直接影响工程建设,应给予高度重视。针对京石段占压专项工程在恢复设计及实施过程中存在的问题,总结经验,提出今后工作建议。
