前期准备是征迁安置实施的第一个环节。面对南水北调征迁安置工作的新形势,考虑到沿线均为新建机构的特点和设置情况,通过对京石段前期工作的回顾与思考,分析了前期工作的主要内容,指出了前期工作应注意的要点。

Preparation is the first phase of land requisition and resettlement. According to the new situation of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project, the paper analyzes the main contents in the preparation and points out the outlines during the preparation based on the work in Beijing-Shiiiazhuang Emergency Water Supply Project.
