征迁安置管理评价体系建立,目的在于对征迁安置过程和效果进行评价。结合南水北调京石段实践,探讨了评价指标及评价内容,提出了包括8个方面27项评价指标及79项评价内容的征迁安置管理评价体系,分析了单项评价、阶段评价、综合评价的组织方式、评价时间和评价方法,提出了重点评价内容。

According to the practice in Beijing-Shijiazhuang Emergency Water Supply Project of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project, the essay discusses the indexes and contents of evaluation, proposes management evaluation system including 79 evaluation contents and 27 evaluation indexes in 8 aspects, and analyzes modes for a single evaluation, phase evaluation and comprehensive evaluation, evaluation time and method.
