摘要
南水北调中线京石段应急供水工程占压专项设施任务量大,产权关系复杂,实施过程中缺漏项较多,分析京石段专项设施迁建过程中所遇到的问题,提出解决对策,对于指导今后专项设施迁建工作意义重大。
The project of Beijing-Shijiazhuang Emergency Water Supply took much room for special facilities with complicated property rights in the South-to-North Water Diversion Project. The paper analyzes the existing problems encountered in the project and its causes, proposed coun- terrneasures to fulfill the task.
