迈瑞BS-200全自动生化分析仪性能评价

Performance Evaluation of Mindray BS-200 Automatic Biochemistry Analyzer

目的评价深圳迈瑞BS-200全自动生化分析仪的主要性能。方法选取涵盖各波长的8个项目进行测定,对BS-200全自动生化分析仪进行重复性、线性、精密度、准确度进行评价,并与日立7170全自动生化分析仪进行对比试验。结果日间、批内、批间及总变异系数较小,重复性好,准确度高,线性范围较宽。与日立71710的对比试验,相关系(r)均>0.98。结论该仪器的各评价指标均较好,值得在中小医院推广应用。

TBil）, and carry on the contrast experiment with Hitachi 7170, Results The daytime run CV,within-run CV between-run CV and total CV are under 4.0%, the duplication is well, the accuracy is high, the linear scope is wide, and the contrast experiment correlation is good. Conclusion This instrument each appraisal target is good, and worth in the small or middle-sized hospital promotion application.
