太极拳对中老年人生活节奏调节的研究

摘要 文章主要运用文献法,访谈法,问卷调查法,针对太极拳练习者生活节奏调节进行探究。太极拳之所以被广泛流传的独到之处,是它的健身功效。本文试从太极拳健身的另一个角度一一对生活节奏的调节进行探究。在现代快节奏高激烈竞争的环境下,如果没有好的生活节奏(或说规律)作保证,就没有高的生活品质,因此本文主要从生活节奏方面进行分析探讨,依太极拳练习为手段来调节生活节奏,达到调节生活节奏和健身的目的。 By literature material,the interview and the questionnaire survey methods,to study doing Taijiquan how to adjust their life rhythm.The Taijiquan becomes a popular sport,it must has his originality,and tis popular reason is physical exercise.This article tries to study doing Taijiquan how to adjust the elderlies' life rhythm from another level.Under modern high competition environment,if we have not a good life rhythm(also to say rule),we shall not have a high life quality.So this article mainly analyse and study doing Taijiquan how to adjust the elderlies' life rhythm and to achieves a finial goal of the adjustment of life rhythm and the fitness.
