摘要
现笔者就建设工程招标投标过程中出现的一些问题提出建议,以供大家讨论,希望能有效促进建设市场健康发展。
The author puts forward the suggestion on some questions appearing in the bidding work course o-f construction project now. For everybody to discuss, the other hope to promote and build effectively the market to develop in a healthy way.
