摘要
本文叙述了我国13.7米毫米波射电望远镜准光学馈源系统及低噪声致冷接收技术。在2.6mm波段研制了具有多种功能的准光学馈源系统,插入损耗小于0.5dB;研制了宽带低噪声致冷接收机前端,在80~115GHz的频率范围内,带内最小噪声温度达到T_R(DSB)_(min)=130K。该毫米波望远镜已观测到了O_3,C^(12)O(J=1-O),C^(13)O(J=1-0)多条分子谱线。
The quasi optical feed system and low noise cooled receiver technology for milimeter wave radio telescope are presented in this paper.The quasi optical feed system has many advantages:low loss and wide bandwidth (<0.5dB at 85-115GHz) and noise temperature of receiver T_R (DSB)_(min)=130K at 80-115GHz. The molectder spectrum lines O_3, C^(12)O(J=1-O), C^(13)O(J=1-0)are observed.
