摘要
导出了充等离子体微波管漂移空间电子运动轨迹方程,根据方程性质将空间划分为α区和β区并在两区求解该方程,研究了电子注在该区的运动及其聚束特性,并对某些参数对聚焦性能的影响进行了较深入的讨论。研究表明,填充等离子体后,电子注被明显聚焦,漂移管的设计及电子注运动形态的调节更为方便。
The equation of electron trajectory in drifting tube filled with plasma is given in this paper.The space is divided into two areas (α and β),the equation is solved and focus properties are studied and some parameters affecting the focus properties are discussed carefully.The study shows that after the tube is filled with plasma,the beam is focused obviously,and the design of drifting tube and adjustment of beam transmission pattern are more convenient.
