介绍了一种实用型大功率激光二极管驱动源。该驱动源采用功率MOS管作功率控制元件,可输出幅度0~150A、脉冲频率1~400Hz、脉冲宽度25~1000μs范围内连续可调的稳定的矩形脉冲电流。
This paper introduces a practical high power Q-CW laser diode driver. In the driver power MOSFETs are used as the power inverter device. The output of a stable rectangular current pulse can be obtained that amplitude vary from 0~150A , fre- quency from 1 ~400Hz and pulse whith from 25~ 1000μs in the continuously adjustable range.
