摘要
将印度墨汁注射在大鼠的小脑皮质中,在电镜下,注射部位附近毛细血管的魏尔啸-罗宾间隙,以及小脑动脉、基底动脉、椎动脉的颅内段和颅外段的外膜中,都能发现碳颗粒。部分颈淋巴结变黑,电镜下亦可见有碳颗粒存在。这表明示踪剂经椎动脉-基底动脉系外膜中的组织间隙引流。
Eight adult rats were used in this study. Carbon particles injected into the cortex of cerebellum were found in tho Virchow-Robin space of the adjacent capillaries, and in the adventitia of cerebellar artery, basillar artery and intra-and extraeranial segments of vertebral artery. They were also present in some deep cervical lymph nodes. These findings suggest that the prelymphatic pathway may exist in the brain in the adventitia of supplying arteries.
