摘要 本研究首先明确了组织技能柔性的内涵及其组成要素,然后从权变理论和资源观视角探究组织技能柔性形成的理论根基,进而从环境和任务视角分析影响组织技能柔性形成的实践方法,并对目前组织技能柔性研究做了评价和展望。
