摘要
以水为溶剂提取栀子黄色素,并用该提取液对亚麻织物进行染色,通过实验确定了栀子黄提取和直接染色的最佳工艺。为了提高栀子黄对亚麻织物的上染率和染色牢度,选用固色剂NMR-1进行处理,以取代传统的媒染工艺,并对影响固色效果的主要因素进行了探讨,获得了优化工艺。结果表明,在优化工艺条件下,固色处理可以明显改善栀子黄对亚麻织物的染色性能,其效果优于媒染工艺。
Gardenia yellow was extracted with water, and linen fabrics were dyed with the extracting agent. The best conditions for gardenia yellow extraction and the direct dyeing process were determined through experiments. In order to improve gardenia yellow' s dye-uptake and color fastness on linen fabrics, the fabrics were treated with dye-fixing agent NMR-1 factors affecting the fixation. Finally, the instead of the traditional mordant dyeing. It investigated the main optimal conditions of the fixing process were obtained. The results showed that under the optimal conditions, treatment of dye - fixing agent NMR - 1 can improve linen fabrics' dyeing behavior. The dyeing resuhs were better than that of mordant dyeing
