摘要 设计了一种基于FPGA(Field-Programmable Gate Array,现场可编程门阵列)的柴油机瞬时转速的高精度数据采集与诊断系统,利用美国凌特公司的LTC1606的16位高精度、200kHz采样率的AD进行采样,然后传给FPGA内部的FIFO存储区和SRAM存储,然后通过PC104接口将数据上传进行计算分析。此系统专门应用于柴油机的瞬时转速信号采集,要求采集高精度、大容量数据和准确性。设计中使用Altera公司的FPGA EP1C6Q240,语言是Verilog HDL,编译软件是Quartus5.0。此文中介绍了应用于柴油机领域的高精度数据采集与诊断系统的设计原理和硬件结构特性等,同时此采集与诊断系统在柴油机上利用瞬时转速进行检测也有实际的应用。 This article has designed one kind of high accuracy data acquisition and diagnosis system of the internal combustion engine, which based on the instantaneous speed with the technology of FPGA (Field-Programmable Gate Array). It samples with the LTC1606 of the US Linear company , which has 16 high accuracy and 200 kHz sampling rate AD, then passes to the internal FIFO memory block of FPGA and saves in the SRAM, and calculates and analyzes the uploading data through the PC104 connection. This system applies specially in the diesel engine signal gathering of instantaneous speed, which requires gathering with high accuracy, large capacity data and sampling accuracy. In the design, it uses FPGA EP1C6Q240 of the Altera Corporation, the language of the Verilog HDL, the translation software of the Quartus 5. 0. In this article it has introduced the applies of the high accuracy data acquisition in the internal combustion engine domain, the principle of diagnosis system and the hardware architecture characteristic and so on. Simultaneously, this gathering and diagnosis system that based on the using o{ instantaneous speed of the diesel engine has had actual application.
