自整定模糊PID在改善泵控马达动态特性中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 泵控马达系统在运行过程中,由于油液中混入了空气,系统体积弹性模量和泄漏系数不再是恒定的值,常规PID控制不能很好地满足系统动态要求。针对以上特点,提出采用自整定模糊PID来改善系统动态特性的方法。本文分析了系统体积弹性模量和泄漏系数的影响因素,自整定模糊PID控制器的设计方法。仿真结果表明,自整定模糊PID控制较常规PID控制具有更快的响应特性和良好的动态特性,对模型失配和负载扰动表现出更强的适应性和鲁棒性。 As a result of oil mixed with air, the system bulk modulus and the leakage coefficient is no longer a constant during the process of pump-control-motor running.The conventional PID controller can't meet the requirement of the dynamic characteristics of the system. In view of above characteristics, the use of self-tuning fuzzy PID in improving the situation has been risen up. The paper analyzed the influencing factor of bulk modulus and leakage coefficient, it also described the method of self-tuning fuzzy PID design. The simulation results show that compared to conventional PID, self-tuning fuzzy PID has faster response and better control performance. Self-tuning fuzzy PID has better adaptability and higher robustness while the mathematic model changing or the system load disturbance.
