本文介绍了济钢第三炼钢厂KR铁水倾翻车液压系统的原理、系统元件的特点及故障、分析了故障原因,并对铁水倾翻车液压系统作了改进,消除了故障,产生了良好的效果。
The article introduces the principle, features of elements and malfunctions of hydraulic system to the hot-metal ladle and carriage of KR, by analyzing the reasons which cause these malfuncitions and making some modifications to the system, the malfuncitions cancel .
