摘要
依据某型导弹的性能要求、技术条件和试验大纲以及部队的实际情况,设计了导弹地面液压测试系统。该设备是集液压、机械、电子于一体的机电液一体化控制系统,能够在地面完成对导弹的测试工作,保证导弹液压系统正常工作,且具有超压、超温保护和良好的自检性能,便于维护。
Base on the capability and technique requirement of the missile,this paper designed a ground testing system for the missile hydraulic system. The testing system is a control system composed by hydraulic subsystem, machine subsystem and electron subsystem. It can test the missile hydraulic system on the ground so that the missile hydraulic system can work in gear. The test system can automatic examine and start up the protected function in the overrun condition of pressure and temperature.
