犬冠状动脉及有关动、静脉显微结构成分的定量分析 被引量:15

QUANTITATIVE ANALYSIS OF MICROSTRUCTURAL COMPONENTS IN CANINE CORONARY ARTERIES AND RELATIVE VESSELS

摘要 本文采用6例成年犬的左冠状动脉前室间支、旋支、右冠状动脉,以及胸廓内动脉、大隐静脉和股静脉,制备组织切片,用不同的方法染色显示血管平滑肌、胶原纤维和弹性纤维。用显微分光光度计扫描测定各血管上述3种成分的相对含量。结果表明,犬左、右冠状动脉上述3种成分的含量,彼此均无显著差异(P>0.05);而胸廓内动脉的弹性纤维含量,高于冠状动脉和静脉(P<0.01),其胶原纤维与弹性纤维含量之比(C/E值),却低于冠状动脉和静脉(P<0.01)。冠状动脉具有较高的C/E值,与其输送血液的功能相适应。 The anterior interventricular branch (AIB) and the circumflex branch (CB) of the left coronary artery, the right coronary artery (RCA), the internal thoracic artery (ITA), the great saphenous vein (GSV) and the femoral vein (FV) were excised from 6 dogs, and paraffin sections were prepared, which were stained differently in order to reveal elastin, collagen and smooth muscle within the vascular wall respectively. The sections were scanned with a microspeetrophotometer. The relative contents of the above components were represented by the mean absorbance separately. No statistical singificant difference was found in the contents of the above components of the left and right coronary arteries (P>0.05). The ITA contains relatively higher content of elastin as compared with the others (P<0.01). The coronary arteries display higher ratio of collagen to elastin (P<0.01), which may be made the coronary arteries suitable for the functional needs of the heart.
