摘要
分析了纳米SiO2的特性及其对柔性触觉传感器改性技术的机理。文中通过进行纳米材料对柔性触觉传感器用敏感材料导电橡胶的掺杂实验,研究了添加纳米SiO2对导电橡胶的导电性、电阻蠕变特性和温度稳定性的影响结果,并分析了其对触觉传感器的线性、滞后、重复性的改善。并通过对添加不同含量和未添加纳米粒子的材料的性能对比,获得了纳米SiO2的添加质量份数为3%时的触觉传感器综合特性指标较好。实验结果表明了纳米材料对柔性触觉传感器材料的良好改性作用。
In this paper, the characteristics of nano-SiO2 and mechanism of modification technology of nano-SiO2 are investigated. Through doping experiments for flexible tactile sensing material-conductive rubber, the effects of nano- SiO2 on the conductivity, resistance creep behavior and temperature stability of the conductive rubber are researched. Analyses are made on improving the linearity, hysteresis and repeatability of the tactile sensor. The performance comparison was carried out for different content filled nano-SiO2 and unfilled nano-SiO2. When the filled content mass percent of nano- SiO2 is 3% , better integrated performance of the tactile sensor was obtained. The resuits show that nano- SiO2 has good modification effect on flexible tactile sensor.
