光源布置对汽车背景光系统亮度一致性的影响研究 被引量:2

摘要 汽车仪表中的光源布置决定着光源光照度分布从而最终影响汽车背景光的亮度一致性。本文讨论了汽车背景光发展现状及新型光源:发光二极管(LED)作为背景光源的应用情况,分析了目前LED在汽车背景光应用中存在亮度不一致的情况,着重研究了光源布置对汽车背景光亮度一致性的影响,提出了一种通过优化光源布置中相邻LED间距提高汽车背景光亮度一致性的方法。该方法在保证视觉亮度一致性的情况下充分利用了LED的光效,优化了LED的使用数量。实际汽车背景光部件设计中的成功应用证明了该方法的有效性。 Luminance distribution is determined by light source alignment, which influences the quality of automobile dashboard background light system. In this paper, the development status of automobile dashboard background light system and the new type source LED used as backlight are discussed. Then the brightness ineonformity of LED automobile dashboard background light system at present is analyzed. The backlight alignment is mainly studied and a method to improve the uniformity of brightness in an automobile dashboard backlight system is put forward. The method optimizes the distance of LEDs and designs the alignment of LED array with an optimal distance, also optimizes the amount of LEDs. This method was applied successfully in the part design of a background light system. Result shows that this method is effective.
