经颅磁刺激应用于运动功能障碍的研究进展 被引量:15

摘要 经颅磁刺激(transcranial magnetic stimulation,TMS)是一种非侵入性的新技术.它只对大脑皮质有作用,而对脑深部组织无影响。TMS对于有运动障碍的患者最普遍的应用是测试大脑皮质间和皮质内连接的兴奋性,通过这个测试可以提供相关病理生理信息。重复经颅磁刺激(repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation,rTMS)可以使运动系统产生长时的可塑性改变.这使得人们产生了将rTMS应用于临床治疗的想法。
