米糠营养调和油调节血脂作用的研究

Blood Fat Regulating Action of Rice Bran Oil

以试验性高脂大鼠试验对象,给予米糠营养调和油,观察米糠营养调和油调节血脂的作用。结果显示,在试验中期和试验结束时,给予米糠营养调和油大鼠的血甘油三酯浓度均明显低于各对照组,相互比较显著性差异(P<0.05)。试验结束时,给予米糠营养调和油大鼠的大鼠血胆固醇浓度明显低于菜油和豆油对照组,相互比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。试验结束时,试验组大鼠HDL胆固醇浓度明显高于各对照组,相互比较有显著差异(P<0.05)。结果表明,米糠营养调和油具有明显调节血脂的作用。

Taking rats as test animals, the rats were fed with mixed rice bran oil for test group, and fed with rapeseed oil or soybean oil for control groups for four weeks to evaluate the blood fat regulating action of rice bran oil. Results： At the middle and the end of the test period, the level of the serum triglyceride of the rats fed with the mixed rice bran oil axe significantly lower than that of the control groups fed with the other oil（P 〈 0.05） ; at the end of the test, the level of the serum cholesterol of the rats fed with the mixed rice bran oil are significantly lower than that of the control groups （ P 〈 0.05）, and the level of high - density lipoprotein cholesterol of the rats fed with the mixed rice bran oil is significantly higher than that of the control groups（ P 〈 0.05）. The mixed rice bran oil possesses blood fat regulating action on rats.
