摘要
本实验以无纺布为载体基材,复合黄原胶为缓释调控剂,涂布天津科技大学研制筛选出的3种粮食储存害虫专用驱避剂KDL02、KDL03和KDL06,再制成长250 mm×宽180 mm的新型粮食防虫袋,研究主要储粮害虫玉米象、杂拟谷盗、谷蠹的驱避效果。结果表明:KDL02对玉米象、杂拟谷盗、谷蠹的综合驱避效果评价最佳,其最佳施药浓度为228μg/cm2,平均驱避率分别为87.34%、86.48%和87.30%。
Using anti - cloth as carrier fabric, compound xanthan gum as vectorsustained release regulatory agent, the carrier fabric was spreaded separately with three kinds of special grain storage repellent, KDL02, KDL03, and KDL06 which were developed by TianJing University of Scinence and Technology; then some new type insect - preventive grain bags in size of 250 mm × 180 mm were prepared with the treated fabric. The repellency effects of the insect - preventive grain bags against stored grain insects Sitophilus zeamais Motschulshy, Tribolium confusum Jacquelin duVal, and Australian wheat weevil were studied. Results show that KDLO2 exhibits the best repellency on the three species of insect, and its optimal spread dose is 228 μg/cm^2, average repellency rate against the three insect species is 87.34 %, 86.48 % and 87.30%, respectively.
