Suggestions and Discussions on Safeguarding Quality of Raw Grain

通过调查研究,提出了原粮污染存在的区域性、气候性、病虫害影响性等特征,介绍了原粮食生产和收购中存在的不易控、不知晓、不得已、检不全的现状,本着既要保障原粮质量安全,又要维护种粮农民利益的原则,提出了从源头上防止原粮受到污染、建立原粮污染监控制度和原粮质量干预制度等政策建议。

Based on surveys and researches, the characteristics of raw grain pollution, such as regional difference, climatic condition influenced and plant pests impacted, are brought forward in this article. The current situation in grain production and purchase, including difficulty in control, limitation in information, no choice and incompleteness in detection is introduced. Based on the necessity of safeguarding the safety and quality of raw grain as well as the benefit of farmers, it is proposed to establish the related ＂pollution monitoring system＂ and ＂quality intervening system＂ to prevent the pollution on raw grain from the source.
