摘要
光子扫描隧道显微镜是利用光纤探针进行探测的。由于透过介质的光强并不会完全被光纤探针所接收,所以利用麦克斯韦方程组计算光纤探针接收光强是非常困难的,目前仍没有合适的方法。本文找到了一种近似方法并在微机上进行数值模拟,得到一些计算结果,对于光子扫描隧道显微镜的实际探测具有一定的意义。
The probings of Photon Scanning Tunneling Microscopy(PSTM) can be obtained by light fibre pin.While the light intensity through dielectric can not be received by this pin.In consequence,it is difficult to calculate the intensity with Maxwell formula.Until now there is not a very suitable method for the calculation in this case.In this paper an approximate way which can give some satisfactory results in computer simulation is proposed.It is useful for actual probings of PSTM.
