On the Mechanism of Event Competition Organizing and Cooperation in Beijing Olympics Games

基于理论与实践相结合、系统构建与组织运行相结合的原则,从复杂系统科学的视角出发,以北京奥运会单项竞赛组织管理工作的协同机制为核心,以单项竞赛组织管理工作的协同发展特性为重点,以皮划艇激流回旋项目为实施范例,系统构建奥运会单项竞赛组织协同的理论模式,审视北京奥运会单项竞赛组织协同的赛时运行机制,探悉北京奥运会竞赛组织管理工作的精神内核与发展机理。

According to the principles of combining for theory and practice, system construction and organizing operation, this study keeps the Olympic Games event organizing and management system as the core and focuses on the characters of the system development of event competition organizing. From the perspective of the systems science, the coordinating mechanism of Beijing Olympic Games event competition is examined with canoe slalom as an example, and the spiritual core and development principles of the competition organizing and management is explored.
