摘要
以安徽女子赛艇队5名公开级运动员为研究对象,监控队员在整个训练期间的机能指标的变化。研究得出了女子赛艇运动员在训练期间机能状态的变化规律。通过研究发现,经过亚高原训练女子赛艇运动员的运氧指标有较大幅度地提高;CK值与陆上训练量的变化关系密切,BU值与水上训练量的变化关系密切,通过这两项指标可以很好地反映女子赛艇运动员机体对水上与陆上训练的适应情况。其余指标变化也有一定的规律。
5 elite women rowers of open category from An' hui Rowing Team are taking in the study. Their functional indexes in training are monitored. It reveals that the rules of women rowers' functional changes in training. Their indexes of aerobic capacity increase significantly through training on the sub-plateau. The value of CK has close correlation to the change of the training load on the land, and the value of BU has close correlation to the change of training road in the water. The two indexes can reflect the women rowers' adaptation to the training in both water and land. The change of other indexes also have laws.
