我国城市社区与学校体育设施共享理论构建研究

A Study of Theory Construction of Sport Facility Share of School and Urban Community in China

首先对我国城市社区与学校体育设施共享中问题的引发进行了论述;其次从公共产品理论、制度变迁与制度创新理论、成本交易理论、产权理论分析城市社区与学校体育设施共享中问题研究的理论基础。在问题研究的理论基础之上对分别可以解决的问题进行阐述,最后在上述研究的基础上构建了城市社区与学校体育设施共享的理论架构。

Firstly the origin of China＇ s share of sport facilities between urban community and school is discussed; then from the theory of public product, institutional change and innovation theory, the transaction cost theory, and the property right theoretical analysis are absorbed as theoretical foundation of the issue; based on the theory the issues solvable are presented, and at the end the theoretical framework of sport facility share of school and urban community is constructed.
