摘要
目的:探讨体育锻炼与大学生抑郁水平、身体自我概念三者之间的关系。方法:以104名抑郁情绪大学生为研究对象,运用实验法、问卷测量等方法。结果与结论:每周3次,每次60 min的中等强度,持续12周的对抗性运动或非对抗性运动能有效降低抑郁水平。同时发现,运动干预后抑郁情绪大学生运动组自我概念量表得分显著性提高,而抑郁情绪大学生对照组自我概念量表得分无明显变化,逐步回归统计分析显示,自我概念对大学生抑郁水平有显著的预测作用。
Objective: To explore the relationship between physical exercises and the level of college students' depression and self-concept of body. Method: 104 college students with depression are investigated by questionnaires and experiments. Results and Conclusion: Moderate antagonism sport or non-antagonism sport (3 times per week, 60 minutes each time) Can significandy reduce the level of depression. After intervention, the score of PSDQ of study group increases significandy, compared with the control group whose score of PSDQ remained unchanged. The stepwise regression analysis shows that FSDQ is a significant predictor of the students level of depression.
