摘要
采用文献资料分析法,探讨我国学生厌跑与跑步枯燥的认知关系。研究认为,枯燥是客观存在的,但被错误的放大,片面急功近利的锻炼价值观制约了我国学生对跑步观念的再认识,影响了跑步活动的普及,而克服困难后的心理充实感、跑步灵感和锻炼快感等心理效应则被严重低估。阐述了直面枯燥、加强跑步教育的重要性和现实意义。结果表明,认知决定态度,提高对跑步认知有利于改善或调整原有的跑步认知态度。
This paper probes into the relationship between students' dislike of running and the dullness of running with the method of literature analysis. It shows that dullness exists objectively but is exaggerated. A utilized achievement and instant benefit value on exercise, restricts the popularization of running. But it underestimates the mental satisfaction, running inspiration and the pleasure of exercise. It puts forward the viewpoint of facing dullness of running directly and enhancing significance on students' value on running. The results show that cognition gives attitude and the improvement of cognition is helpful for the adjustment and improvement of attitude to running.
