会员队伍是建设中国特色社会主义工会的主体力量。在新的形势下,以科学发展观为指导,根据会员队伍的实际状况,加强会员队伍建设,发展壮大会员队伍,全面提高会员队伍整体素质,充分发挥会员作用,增强工会活力,推进工会事业发展。
The trade union members are the main forces of building up the socialist trade unions with Chinese characteristics.
