摘要
效率工资理论是新凯恩斯主义经济学的微观基础之一,致力于为工资粘性和自然失业率提供合理的解释。众多的理论模型和不同角度的深入研究使该理论成为一个庞大的体系,并取得了巨大的成功,对西方经济学的发展产生了重要影响。但现有的研究还存在一些逻辑上或解释力方面的局限性,需要进一步的研究来加以改进和发展。
As one of the micro - foundations of new Keynesian economics, the theory of efficiency wage tries to offer a rational explanation to the sticky wage and natural rate of unemployment. A large number of theoretical model and in - depth re searches from different angles causes the theory of efficiency wage to become a large system and to obtain the huge success. The theory of efficiency wage has had an important influence on the western economics. However, existing researches still have some logical limitation and need to be improved and developed.
