摘要
企业实行民主管理是由我们党和国家的性质以及工人阶级的历史地位和作用决定的,是企业民主政治建设的重要组成部分,是党的全心全意依靠工人阶级根本方针的具体体现,也是我国社会主义经济建设的客观要求。
Democratic management in enterprise is decided by the nature of the Party and the government and the historical status and role of the working class in China. It is an important part of democratic political construction in enterprise, the concrete manifestation of the fundamental principle of depending on the working class wholeheartedly and, the objective requirements of socialist economic construction.
