摘要
本研究观察了小鼠精子细胞内环孔板的超微结构和形成过程。结果显示,环孔板仅在精子细胞变态的第8~18期可见;而在精原细胞、精母细胞和变态早期的精子细胞中未见。环孔板平均由3~5层有孔的平行膜囊组成,长度为200~2300nm。环孔板均与一种特殊形式的菊花状平滑内质网(cSER)相连。本文结果提示,环孔板来自于cSER,并对环孔板的形成过程、组装方式及功能进行了讨论。
The ultrastructure and formation process of the annulate leamellae(AL)in mouse spermatids were observed. The results showed annulate lamellae appeared only during 8-18 stages of spermatid, and did not seen in spermatogonia, spermatocytes and early stage spermatids. Annulate lamellae were consisted of 3-5 pairs of double membranes with pore complexes. On the average, they were 200-230nm in length. Most of the annulate lamellae in mouse spermatids were continuous with a special type smooth endoplasmic reticulum (SER)——chrysanthemum-like SER(cSER). These results suggested that the annulate lamellae might be originated from the cSER. The formation process of annulate lamellae and their function were discussed
