摘要
作者通过网络反射参数的推导,得出实现移相器的条件。通过反向按装二极管得到带宽大于5GHz,插损小于2.5dB的移相器。
The author obtains the necessity to come up with the phase shifter by deduction of reflect parameter of the network. A novel phase shifter with the bandwidth more than 5GHz and the loss less than 2.5dB is realized by a reverse implementation of pindiode.
