摘要
在微波辐射下以葡萄糖和乙酸酐为原料,以铌酸为催化剂无溶剂合成了α-D-葡萄糖五乙酸酯,考察了微波辐射功率、微波辐射时间、糖酐原料配比及催化剂用量等因素对产物收率的影响。较优反应条件为:葡萄糖用量0.1 mol,n(葡萄糖):n(乙酸酐)=1.0:6.0,催化剂用量为0.4 g,微波功率280 W,反应时间10 min,酯收率可达92.3%。
α-D-Glucose pentaacetate was synthesized at a solvent-free condition from glucose and acetic anhydride with niobic acid as the catalyst under microwave irradiation. Factors influencing the yield, such as microwave-irradiation power, microwave-irradiation time, molar ratios of glucose to acetic anhydride and catalyst dosage, were studied. The optimum conditions were found as follows., microwave-irradiation power 280 W, microwave-irradiation time 10 min, 0.1 tool glucose, n(glucose ) : n (acetic anhydride)~1 : 6 and 0.4 g niobic acid(0.1 tool glucose). Under these conditions, the yield reached to 92.3%.
