摘要 传统对血管形态多用游标卡尺或间接摄片测量来描述,其操作复杂、速度慢及技术误差。计算机图象分析系统使形态学研究前进了一大步,但该系统复杂、昂贵,目前广泛使用尚有困难,我们对68例(男48、女20)腹主动脉杈位置不变的局解尸体标定拍照及对7例带有粥样斑块的左、右髂总动脉作1mm厚连续切片,数据由计算机及数字化仪处理,结果与实测相似,腹主动脉杈下端外径男性>女性。分权角女性>男性,玉块在横切面上分布以分杈管内侧部分明显且与新月型分布相似,并可定量,我们认为这方法可信、省时,可避免人为误差。 Traditionaly, the measurement of the blood vessel is made by vermier calipers of indrect photo-grammatry, which is more complicated, inefficient and easy to cause technical error. Computer Image Analysis system makes a great progress in morphological research. But because of its complicity and great expense, wide application is limited as yet. We demarcated and photographed 68 specimens(48 males, 20 females on abdominal aortic bifurcation) and made serial cross-sections of the right and left common iliac arteries with irregular arterioscle rotic plaque (thickness 1 mm in 7 cases). These data were managed by computer and digitalized instrument. The results are similar to practical measuring. Outer caliber of the lower end of abdominal aorta, male>female. Bifurcation angle: female>male.The distribution of the plaque on cross-section is dominated in medial part in accordence with the ercscenth sape and can be quantified. We consider that this method is convincing, time-saving and profitable to avoid manmade error.
