摘要
本文针对换热过程中需要实现高温高压保护和热汇温度控制的问题,提出了一种自保护控温回路重力热管。通过对其运行过程进行动态模拟,揭示了该热管的运行特性,指出该热管具有可靠的高温高压自保护性能,给出了该热管的几个重要参数指标。同时,还研究了基于该热管的太阳能热水系统,证实该热管的引入能实现水箱温度的限位控制。
Temperature and pressure protection and heat sink temperature control are always required in many heat transfer process. A new kind of gravity loop heat pipe which is self-protected and can realize the function of temperature control is presented and studied in this work. According to the transient simulation of the heat pipe, the heat pipe characteristics are well known and the heat pipe shows good self-protection performance of high temperature and pressure. Especially, some main parameter indexes of the heat pipe are realized. Furthermore, a solar hot water system based on this heat pipe is studied and the analysis shows that the limitation control of water tank temperature is achieved in this system by using this heat pipe.
