APPLICATION OF CFD TO OPTIMIZE LOCAL STRUCTURE IN HEAT EXCHANGER DESIGN

摘要 本文利用CFD模拟手段对电加热水箱换热器流动传热特性进行三维数值计算,通过对流场和温度场的分析,改进原设计中不利于热量传递的结构特征。在保证水箱基本结构尺寸不变的前提下,对箱体内两块折流板的位置及其几何形状进行多种结构模型的数值模拟和比较分析,实现了基于CFD数值模拟结果进行换热器局部结构优化设计的工程应用。 The method of CFD simulation was used to do the 3D numerical calculation of fluid-heat transfer characteristics of an electric-heating water tank heat-exchanger in this paper. Through the flow field and temperature field analysis, improved the original design which is not conducive to the structural characteristics of heat transfer. Be based on the premise of basic structure dimension fixed, we redesigned models by changing the location and the geometry of two baffles to carry out numerical simulation of a comparative analysis.Finally realized the project application of optimizing the local structure of heat-exchanger.
