摘要 大量水利水电工程的建设必然导致大量的征地移民,移民安置效果的好坏直接影响到项目建设的成败以及社会稳定。安置区作为移民搬迁后生产生活的主要场所,其优劣可以反映出移民安置效果的好坏。通过主成分分析法与专家打分相结合的方法,建立了一个移民安置区的选优模型,根据模型计算所得到的各个综合分值即可判断各安置区的优劣顺序。 The construction of a great number of water resources and hydropower projects causes unavoidably a great number of relocated people due to land acquisition. The effectiveness of reservoir resettlement will directly affect the success or failure of project construction and social stability. The settle area is main production and living area of relocated people so that its virtues and defects can reflect the resettlement effect. This paper uses the combination of main component analysis method with expert's opinions to set up an optimization model of settlement area for relocated people. Then based on the different values calculated by the model, the order of virtues or defects of various settlement zones can be judged.
